Community HealthLink Clinics

Community HealthLink is a network of clinics and other non-profit organizations who work together and with Montgomery County DHHS to make primary and specialty health care available to all Montgomery County residents. The backbone of the network is the group of ten nonprofit clinics that provide a medical home to the County’s uninsured.
