Staff and Board

The Primary Care Coalition staff has expertise in health service delivery, health outcome management, health information technology, medication system management, and chronic disease management. The PCC is an independent entity governed by a 18-member Board of Directors with health system expertise. Together, the staff and board are actively working to strengthen and forge new partnerships with stakeholders in order to:

  • Build primary care capacity among the ten independent clinic organizations;
  • Develop access to specialty care, oral health care, and mental health services for primary care clinic patients;
  • Enhance the funding available to Montgomery County’s underserved population;
  • Incorporate current research and quality improvement into our clinic environment;
  • Advocate for the health care needs of the working poor at both the County and State level.

 The Primary Care Coalition serves as system integrator for delivery of health care services to low-income uninsured County residents, and has a rich menu of programs and activities. Read more about the Primary Care Coalition:
