Those who go forth ministering to the wants and necessities of their fellow human beings, experience a rich return, their souls being as a watered garden, as a spring that faileth not.
Specialty Care
Adults enrolled in the Montgomery Cares program have access to specialty care services through Project Access, a network of private physicians who contribute to the health care “safety net” by donating their services to patients. The Primary Care Coalition maintains Project Access through its Center for Health Care Access. If you are a physician who would like to provide specialty care services for adults, please contact Linda Ashburn, RN at linda_ashburn@primarycarecoalition.org.
Children enrolled in Care for Kids have access to specialty-care services through a variety of resources including: Children’s Medical Services (CMS), a State program for chronic conditions, Archdiocesan Health Care Network, Shriner’s Hospital, and private physicians. The Primary Care Coalition coordinates these services.
If you are a physician or dentist who would like to provide specialty-care services for low-income adults or children, please contact Linda Ashburn at linda_ashburn@primarycarecoalition.org.
