“We are very pleased that Annice has received this well-deserved honor,” said Kevin Sexton, Chair of PCC’s Board of Directors. “One of the key reasons we selected Annice to lead PCC in these challenging times was her proven leadership, deep community ties, and strategic insight. We knew she would be instrumental in guiding PCC into its next chapter.”
Ms. Cody was recognized by Washingtonian for her impactful work at both PCC and Holy Cross Health, where she served as President of Holy Cross Health Network, leading initiatives that advanced access to care and promoted community wellness.
“I’m deeply honored to be recognized by Washingtonian,” said Ms. Cody. “While it’s gratifying to be acknowledged for past work, I’m most excited about the opportunity ahead—to continue strengthening PCC’s role as a leader in community wellness. I’ve always believed that the health of a community is inseparable from its overall well-being. Even in areas as fortunate as ours, there are many individuals and families who lack access to the quality health care they deserve. That’s the challenge I’m committed to addressing.”
Ms. Cody became PCC’s third President and CEO in April 2025, succeeding Leslie Graham, who served in the role for 11 years.
