The Board has approved a Search/Transition Workgroup to conduct this search which will be chaired by Kevin Sexton, Board Chair.

The incoming CEO will be tasked with providing leadership, vision, and direction to ensure that Primary Care Coalition remains at the forefront of making health happen for vulnerable children, adults and families. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to shape the future of PCC.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong background in community or population health, with nonprofit experience, exceptional leadership and management skills, a deep understanding of the value of community partnerships for improving health outcomes, and a commitment to economically disadvantaged residents of Montgomery County, Maryland and the State.
